Hana Agil is the Human Resources (HR) Director for International Organization Health (IOH), Domestic Health and Strategy at Cigna Healthcare’s International Health (IH) Business. Hana brings 14 years of HR experience to her role, having worked across the Pharmaceutical, Energy Management, and Consulting sectors, spanning across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining Cigna Healthcare, Hana previously held HR positions at AstraZeneca, Novartis and Schneider Electric, where she partnered with Business leaders to design and implement HR strategies across multiple countries. Passionate about talent management and coaching teams to uncover their hidden potential to learn and grow within Cigna, Hana has a collaborative leadership style and a curiosity to learn. Hana holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Manchester, HR qualification from the CIPD, certifications for various psychometric assessments and is an ICF Coach.
