Dear AHRMIO Members,
AHRMIO will partially renew its Board of Directors at its Extraordinary General Assembly, which will be held on Friday, December 13, 2024, at 2 p.m. CET, held virtually.
AHRMIO board members hold a strategic role in managing and controlling the affairs and properties of the association, through three main responsibilities:
- Ensuring the association achieves its missions and goals
- Setting policy and identifying long-term and short-term goals
- Ensuring the necessary financial resources and leadership to support the association
For the year 2024, there is one open seat on the board (treasurer position) and all members who have the ability to contribute to this board seat with strengths in financial planning and oversight are invited to submit their candidature. In accordance with our statutes, to apply, a member must be an individual member and up to date with the payment of their 2024 membership fee on the date of sending their application.

Your application must be sent by completing the online form below no later than Friday, December 6, 2024, at 2 p.m. CET
Documents to attach to any application:
1. A text of 4-5 lines presenting your background and your past and current professional activities, including your current organisation and position. This text will be used, with your photo, to introduce you at the time of the votes.
2. A photo (portrait format)
