Thomas Bouchez is an AI-enabled Business and Transformation leader with ~20 years’ experience leading global teams of up to 300 members on large transformations covering 100+ countries. Before joining Origin with the purpose of maximizing the impact of benefit spend through AI, he was a partner leading Mercer’s M&A and org transformation practice in Europe. During his 12 years at Mercer, he noticed the potential of AI to improve value to multinational clients and led a global AI initiative within the practice. He was also a social entrepreneur during 3 years and has worked on multiple social projects in the past. Before joining Mercer, he worked as an HR transformation and management consultant at Deloitte and as HR BP for a multinational organisation
