Isabel has more than 20 years of experience in managing teams as a Human Capital Director, especially in Textile Industry and Automotive retail. Focusing on innovation in HR processes and tools for skills development.

Isabel has led training programmes and facilitates workshops in strategy, leadership, negotiation and resilience for more than 25 years for companies such as Santander Bank, GALP, SUPERBOCK Group, TMG, BIAL Group, SONAE,… She also participates in the co-creation of programmes to impact talent development.

She is currently Executive Education Advisor at Porto Business School, Professor and Programme Coordinator; People Management Consultant; Researcher in Positive Psychology and Happiness at Work; and invited Professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Porto. 

She participated several times as a speaker on different topics such as Transformational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Happiness at Work.
