Michel Ciampi is an experienced HR professional specializing in HR analytics, strategy, policy, workforce planning, operations, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, HRIS, change management, project management, and inter-UN organizations relations. He has been serving as an HR Business Analyst at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva, Switzerland, since 2012.
