Clément Joubert is an economist in the Development Research Group of the World Bank, Human Development and Public Services Team. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2010 and was an assistant professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before joining the World Bank in 2015. His research focuses on pension reform, informality, labor market mismatch and gender inequality.
