Mark Henderson is currently the 1HR Program Manager at the International Monetary Fund, where he has worked for over 25 years. The 1HR Program is a multi-department, multi-year initiative to transform the way that the IMF delivers its HR services.

Prior to joining the 1HR Program, Mr. Henderson has worked in the IMF’s Office of Budget and Planning, and before that in the IMF’s Information Technology Department.

In his personal life, Mr. Henderson and his wife are growing accustomed to a now quiet household, after their youngest of three children left home this year to attend college.
