With over 30 years of experience in organizational development, Gina Paone has a proven track record in higher education and international organizations. Currently, she is the Deputy Director of Human Resources at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington, D.C., where she has been leading strategic HR initiatives since November 2022.
Gina’s previous roles at the IMF include Assistant Director of the Office of Innovation and Change and Advisor, Head of the Change Management Unit. She also served as Chief of the Learning and Performance Branch at the World Food Programme and was an Account Manager at Steelcase Canada Ltd. Additionally, Gina has shared her expertise as a Supporting Faculty and Learning Group Advisor at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
Gina holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and is skilled in nonprofit and international organizations, learning, leadership development, talent management, policy analysis, government, strategic planning, change management, and organizational development.
