Gilles leads the Strategy, Sales, Client Management, and Marketing teams for the International Organisations segment. In this role, he is responsible to deepen client relationships, and shaping the strategic direction to meet the evolving needs of International Organisations and their staff members. Gilles began his career in consulting, where he gained valuable exposure to a wide range of industries and operational models. This experience laid a strong foundation for his transition to Vanbreda International (now part of Cigna Healthcare), where he took on a client-facing role managing strategic partnerships and large global accounts. Throughout his career, Gilles has demonstrated a deep commitment to delivering value to clients, customers, and stakeholders. He is passionate about providing consultative guidance to international organisations, allowing to fulfil their duty of care for their staff members—so they, in turn, can focus on delivering impact around the world. His leadership is marked by a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and purpose-driven strategy.
