As the Program Owner of AllianzGPT (Allianz version of ChatGPT) at Allianz Technology, Firas leads the strategic development of the organization’s largest knowledge base utilizing Generative AI, while also managing teams of data scientists in various capacities, focusing on innovation and operational efficiency. Previous roles include Senior Artificial Intelligence Researcher and Lead Data Scientist, where Firas applied AI to detect fraud and create data models across multiple regions. Firas co-founded Mitakus analytics, advocating for technology solutions to reduce food waste, and gained valuable experience as a trainee in entrepreneurship and venture capital at German Accelerator. An executive program candidate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Firas holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Universität Passau and an ICT Engineer’s degree from SUP’COM.
