Zarinah Davies, AHRMIO’s Board member, is the former Director of Human Resources at WorldFish. She was leading on the HR strategy to help drive and improve organizational performance and effectiveness and to maximize on the potential of its people. Zarinah has since 1998 specialised in international HR for global not for profits, starting with Save the Children UK in humanitarian recruitment before progressively gaining experience in operational HR, HR policy, expatriate management, reward and organizational development. Since then, she has worked as an HR Director for RedR, Head of International HR at WaterAid and her most recent role prior to joining WorldFish was as the first Director of HR for the Commonwealth Secretariat. She holds a degree in Psychology, is a Chartered Member of Institute of Personnel & Development and through continuous professional learning is trained as a coach and facilitator.
