Ana Catterton has over 20 years’ experience in International Finance Institutions in the Human Resources and Organizational Development fields, and has extensive knowledge of Human Capital programs.
As Principal Advisor for IDB|Invest, the InterAmerican Development Bank Group’s private sector arm, Ana oversees the HR programs to recruit, engage, compensate, appraise, reward and develop IDB|Invest’s most important asset – its people.
Through her commitment to this role, she has also facilitated change management initiatives and organizational design processes.
Ana has a Master’s Degree in International Development Management from American University in Washington, D.C.
Ana is a Cuban-American who grew up in Miami, Florida. She now lives in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, with her husband and three children.
