Pilar was Human Resources Manager at Chase Manhattan Bank for over 9 years, working in Portugal, Spain and UK. She then moved to a career in people consulting, starting with 3 years in Dynargie and then following a 14 year period as Partner -Human Capital at Eurogroup Portugal and Spain, before launching her own business in 2009, and later joining Korda in 2016. She has conducted management skills & leadership development programmes in 4 continents, and regularly works as an Executive and Corporate management coach, facilitator and trainer for major multinational players and events.
