Beth Warne is a Senior Analyst in the Public Policy team at the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU). Her focus is on Technology and Society, in particular how businesses and government agencies can use data to design better policies, programmes and initiatives. Her recent work examines digital wellbeing during Covid-19, up-coming IoT regulation and the role of Big Data in socio-economic research. Before joining the EIU, Beth worked on public sector transformation in the Middle East and studied at the London School of Economics and Sciences Po Paris.
