After graduating from Supelec -a French engineering school- and University of Wollongong (Australia), Vincent Barat has started his career in business consulting at Wavestone. There, he worked on various assignments for companies such as Société Générale, Total, Engie, several Ministries…

He then cofounded AKOYA Consulting in 2010. Akoya is a strategy consulting firm that focuses its action on human capital management. Our consultants thus cooperate with HR departments of companies from all around the world to help them transform jobs and organizations, leverage HR data and innovate in HR processes and tools. Akoya also organizes Akoya Start You Up, a yearly event dedicated to highlighting the latest trends and startups in HR Tech.

At Akoya, Vincent is in charge of Luxury, Retail and Banking. Recently, he has led several strategic workforce planning and strategic workshops for Louis Vuitton, Sephora, SMCP, L’Oréal… He is also currently supervising a wide study on the impacts of AI on business partnering functions.
