HOW TO GET THERE

The Diocesan Museum of Milan (Museo Diocesano Carlo Maria Martini) is located in the historic heart of the city, in the charming setting of the cloisters of Sant'Eustorgio. It is easily accessible from SDA Bocconi by public transport, taxi, or on foot.

  • From the Via Bocconi tram stop (2 minutes from SDA Bocconi), take Tram 9 heading toward Porta Genova.

  • Ride for 3 stops and get off at P.Za Ventiquattro Maggio

  • From there, walk about 3 minutes and you will reach the Diocesan Museum

  • From SDA Bocconi, walk to Via Bocconi Via Sarfatti bus stop (approx. 2 minutes).

  • Take Bus 59 (direction: Famagosta Mm) 

  • Get off at Via Tabacchi Via Balilla

  • Walk 8–10 minutes along Corso S. Gottardo until you reach Piazza Sant’Eustorgio and the Diocesan Museum entrance.

From SDA Bocconi, the Diocesan Museum is about 1.4 km away — an easy and pleasant walk. (Around 20 minutes)

Step-by-step walking route:

  1. Exit the Bocconi campus and head northwest on Via Ferdinando Bocconi.

  2. Turn left onto Viale Beatrice d’Este, then continue onto Viale Gian Galeazzo.

  3. Walk straight for about 1 km until you reach Piazza XXIV Maggio.

  4. Cross the piazza and continue straight on Via Sambuco, then turn right onto Piazza Sant’Eustorgio.

  5. The Diocesan Museum entrance will be just ahead, next to the Basilica di Sant’Eustorgio.

Taxis are usually available near SDA Bocconi. You can also book via Free Now, ItTaxi, or other local apps.
