We are pleased to introduce another exciting development opportunity for our members: Harnessing Job Evaluation to Promote Workforce Effectiveness, taking place from 16–20 March 2026 in Manila, Philippines.

Job evaluation remains a cornerstone of effective human resource management, underpinning compensation structures, career frameworks, learning and development, and wider recognition and reward systems. This programme offers a comprehensive introduction to the principles of job evaluation and the determination of equivalent worth across diverse roles.

Participants will explore the conceptual foundations of job evaluation, the importance of robust job design, and the critical linkages between evaluation outcomes and downstream HR functions. The workshop also examines how transparent and consistent evaluation practices support pay equity, alongside the emerging role of AI in shaping effective job design.

Through case studies and practical exercises, attendees will gain a deep understanding of how job evaluation drives workforce effectiveness and strengthens HR frameworks for a rapidly evolving workplace.
