Bieke is HR Director and member of the Senior LeadershipTeam of IO/Africa business segment.
As strategic HR partner she is responsible for identifying, retaining and developing talent that will help the segment meet its goals.
She is closely working together with the various business leads based in the different locations (Antwerp, Madrid, Nairobi, Kuala Lumpur, Miami) but works also closely together with other Cigna partners in globalisation and integration projects.
