About Kite Global

As international organizations navigate a new reality, our work to build team resilience is more resonant than ever.
Our deeply experienced practitioners meet teams where they are to build internal capacity, reduce friction and create the right conditions for successful delivery.

KITE was created to elevate team leadership within the international development, social change, and humanitarian fields, supporting organizations that work to advance peace and sustainable change in the world.
Although the world has changed significantly, our dedication to this mission has not.
As unpredictability becomes the norm, past approaches lose their effectiveness. Teams need to be more deliberate and strategic than ever, often with less resources and more urgency to deliver.
We stand with the global teams and organizations that continue to push forward through the consequences of this change toward a healthier world tomorrow
