Dear AHRMIO Members,
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join the AHRMIO Board of Directors. Due to recent changes in Swiss regulations and our plan to register in Geneva, Switzerland, we are seeking nominations for a new board member resident in or a national of Switzerland in order to comply with this regulation.
Position: Board Member
Location: Switzerland
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and governance for AHRMIO.
- Represent the interests of our members and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss regulations and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with fellow board members to drive the mission and vision of AHRMIO.
Qualifications:
- Must be based in Switzerland.
- Proven leadership experience in human resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Swiss corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to the values and goals of AHRMIO.
