In the face of climate change, armed conflict and budget constraints, UN agencies are constantly challenged to accomplish more with less. As a result, driving innovative change to maximize efficiency is crucial. Yet, many change initiatives fall short when key leaders and stakeholders fail to view innovation as an investment for future gains. During this session, we will explore how to leverage change to drive efficiencies and collectively identify the largest saving opportunities. We will discuss how to navigate complex transitions, avoid common pitfalls and implement solutions efficiently, effectively, and equitably. Participants will walk away with a practical toolkit to drive efficiency in their organizations.
