Natalia Quinlan is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in organizational development and leadership. Currently, she serves as the Program Manager for Executive Coaching and Managerial Curriculum at the World Bank Group in Washington, D.C., a role she has held since July 2018.
Previously, Natalia has held various leadership development roles at the World Bank Group, including Senior Leadership Development Specialist and Learning Officer. She also worked as a Learning Officer at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and as an Organization Development, Learning, and Communication Consultant at the World Bank. Her career began as the Director of Communications at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Moscow.
Natalia holds an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, an MSOD in Organization Development from American University, an MPIA in International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh, and both a BA and MA in Education from Moscow Pedagogical State University.
