Monica Marinucci has 25 years of experience in IT large multinationals where she held Global and EMEA roles. She currently works for Microsoft where she leads the EMEA Modern Work Architects team within the Customer Success Unit. Her organization is responsible to support customers in the adoption of Modern Work technology that fuels AI Transformation. Monica brings best practices, latest trends, and perspective from the technology industry – particularly with regards to the impact on the Modern Work and D&I. She also has an extensive experience of public-private partnerships having worked with the European Commission and Research sector. Monica is very active in supporting women’s professional development / networks (Women Leadership’s programs and some professional associations, e.g.: www.cwf.ch) and in volunteering on initiatives to support less privileged communities (e.g. Maher association in India Supporting Women at Maher, Apply Change Management Anywhere and Anytime).
