Michael Jenkins

Michael is currently the CEO of the Human Capital Leadership Institute where he has taken an active role championing the research function at HCLI. Michael formerly worked at the University of Bath as Director of the Foreign Languages Centre, as Regional Director at INSEAD in France, as Director of INSEAD Executive Education in Singapore, and Managing Director of the Center for Creative Leadership Asia Pacific.

In 2009 he joined Roffey Park in the UK as CEO. Michael contributed to the Singapore Ministry of Manpower’s publication Asian Leadership: What Works (edited by Dave Ulrich and Robert Sutton) in the areas of purpose, multi-culture and culture, and leadership transition in Asia.

The UK’s HR Magazine named Michael as one of the UK’s Most Influential Thinkers in Human Resources in 2013 and again in 2016.
