Since joining the World Bank Group (WBG) in late 2014, Izumi has been responsible for the compensation policy and practices for the WBG East Asia & Pacific (EAP) and South Asia (SAR), as well as supporting engagements with the Board of Governors on compensation related matters.
Prior to the WBG, he was a Regional Director for McLagan, a fully owned subsidiary of Aon Hewitt, providing HR solutions to clients in the financial services industry.
