Established in 1994 by the U.S. and Mexican governments under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), NADBank is a binational institution that finances and supports environmental infrastructure projects, such as water, wastewater, solid waste, air quality, and sustainable energy, to improve health, environmental conditions, and quality of life in border communities.
